    This course is intended to provide students with a more detailed understanding of the critical importance of organizational design and the unique leadership role the Human Resources-function can play in determining successful business outcomes in significant and complex change scenarios. The course will provide a combination of theory, practical application and case studies. The latter includes a global M&A scenario to illustrate the significant opportunities and risks organizations encounter and the critical contribution of the HR function in driving business value.
