Prerequisites: Required - one semester each of general chemistry, organic chemistry, and biology. Recommended: coursework in microbiology, plant biology, sensory science, biochemistry, analytical chemistry, at least one (preferably two) courses in Enology and Viticulture (VIEN 1104/1105, 2204/2205, 2400).
