Course Description
Course information provided by the Courses of Study 2016-2017.
The course provides an overview of several elements of entrepreneurial activity and private equity investment, including evaluation and planning of the start-up businesses, financing, merger and acquisition activities, leveraged buyouts and alternatives for cashing out. The course utilizes lectures and the case method. A team business plan for an entrepreneurial venture is required.

Additional Information
**UG Seniors and Juniors only** Non-Johnson Students ONLY: August 16th at 8:00am to September 6th at 4:00pm. You may add or drop a full semester class after September 6th with permission of the faculty. A late fee of $100.00 will be charged for each add or drop transaction. If you are dropping after October 18th you will also receive a "W" on your transcript in addition to the late fees.
