Additional Information

Instruction Mode: Distance Learning-Asynchronous
This class is open to matriculated Cornell students only. Successful completion fulfills PE credit. Students log workout via activity tracker and submit assignments through Canvas. Log at least 15 hours total by the end of the three week session to receive PE credit. Students do not need to be in Ithaca to participate.
