Hospitality Industry Immersion

Course information provided by the Courses of Study 2016-2017.

Students will be introduced to the basic vocabulary of the hospitality industry in an applied setting where they will also leverage their analyzation, communication and presentation skills.  Students will analyze existing operations from a variety of contexts: human resources, design, technology, operations, etc.

Comments This course includes a day long field trip to New York City.
