Course Description
Course information provided by the Courses of Study 2015-2016.
Covers basic stretching, trail-running techniques, navigation, injury prevention, training tips, and a scenic tour of local trails. Develop a training routine, learn to stay found, set running goals.

Prerequisites/Corequisites Prerequisite: ability to jog two consecutive miles easily.
