Fitness and conditioning is designed to familiarize the student with several different forms of exercise. Facilities used include the track, the gymnasium and other places around campus. The components of physical fitness include cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, general flexibility and agility. The course will offer activities that enhance each component and help the individual to design a personal conditioning program for future fitness and well-being.
