Initial Public Offerings for Technology Companies: Regulation and Practice

This course will provide students with an understanding of the fundamentals of the IPO process from a legal and regulatory perspective. The class will cover the practical dynamics of an IPO legal practice and focus on the particular issues technology companies face when they enter the public markets.


Prerequisites LAW 6821 or LAW 6470 or LAW 5311/TECHIE 5311 or NBAY 5300 or NBA 5305.
