Recreational Canoeing

This course is designed to teach you the fundamentals of canoeing in a relaxed environment. Appreciate being outside for class as you explore Beebe Lake and other Finger Lakes area waterways. Meet new friends, learn new skills, and experience nature all while you keep active.


Prerequisites recreational swimmer.

Fees Course fee, $245. For instruction/travel. All paddling equipment is included in the course fee.

    Course fee: $245. Classes will take place either on Beebee Lake, on Campus, or on other Fingerlakes area waterways. Prerequisite: recreational swimmer. Transportation will be provided.
    Drop Deadline: Tuesday, January 20, 2026. Students will be responsible for the course fee and assessed a $50 administrative fee if they do not drop by the deadline.
