Course Description
Course information provided by the 2025-2026 Catalog.
In this course, students will learn evidence-based best practices to leverage coaching to grow into leaders that make a difference. They will learn to navigate candor, foster accountability and build transformational behaviors—in themselves and others. This will include both live sessions with the lecturer operating as an Executive Coach for students as well as high level instructional guidance, discussion and best practices around some key topics. The true value of the coaching sessions will only be unlocked through open sharing and communication, as we will be discussing real world challenges that students are experiencing in their workplace. These sessions will be safe and confidential spaces.
Enrollment Priority Enrollment limited to: Engineering Management distance learning students.
