This course provides a graduate level introduction to food and agricultural economics. This is a required course for Applied Economics and Management MS and PhD students concentrating in food and agricultural economics. The course provides an overview of related policy in the US, food and agricultural markets, agricultural labor markets, and food and consumer choice.
