Join us to explore the adventure and excitement of rock climbing in a close and supportive community. We will focus on techniques to encourage efficiency, build confidence, enhance fluidity, and develop awareness. In addition to teaching skills and techniques, and providing a supportive atmosphere, we will also examine the history, challenges, development and accomplishments of women as climbers. This class is open to anyone.

When Offered Fall, Spring.

Fees Course fee: $325 for instruction. Fee includes climbing pass and free gear rentals for the semester, which begins on the first day of class.

Satisfies Requirement Satisfies one PE requirement if taken as PE. First two classes are required, students can miss one class and still receive PE credit.

    Course fee: $325. The class will take place at the Lindseth Climbing Center, located in Bartels Hall.
    Drop Deadline: Tuesday, January 21, 2025. Students will be responsible for the course fee and assessed a $50 administrative fee if they do not drop by the deadline.
