Yoga Trapeze combines the traditional yoga practice with TRX strength training as well as the fun and physical benefits of inversion therapy. Hanging upside down can relieve tension and compression in the neck and spine, while other hanging postures develop grip and pull strength in the hands and shoulders. Other full-body exercises will not only build strength, but will be a great way to advance their yoga practice of backbends, arm balances, and inversions. This course combines strength-building, flexibility, stress-reduction, and fun all in one!

When Offered Fall, Spring.

Fees Course fee: $250.
Prerequisites/Corequisites Recommended prerequisite: some previous practice of yoga is strongly encouraged.

Comments Inversions/upside down practices will be regularly practiced (although not required).
