More than at any time since arguably the New Deal, the future of the administrative state is a contested political matter. This informal at-home seminar occurs in the middle of the presidential primary campaign and will focus on the various proposals for reform advanced by candidates. We will identify the relevant proposals, discuss what is at stake for policy and society, and assess the political and institutional feasibility of the ideas at play. Discussion will center on light readings and media content.

When Offered Spring.
