    This sophomore writing seminar provides an introduction to and overview of the nonprofit sector in the U.S. We will trace the emergence and evolution of the non-profit sector and examine how public policy and economics interact to shape it in different eras. We will explore the strategic, governance, and managerial issues facing contemporary nonprofit organizations.
    ILR Sophomore Writing Requirement is limited to ILR sophomores or others with permission of instructor who have not satisfied their ILR Sophomore Writing Requirement. Not open to first year students.
