This program is designed to prepare students interested in joining the US Air Force Special Tactics Squadron Selection Course and the Special Tactics Officer (STO) / Combat Rescue Officer (CRO) Selection Course. It is also suitable for those interested in similar programs offered by the Marine Corps, Navy, and Army Special Warfare Programs. The program is open to any Cornell student who is looking to improve their physical fitness and engage in a unique and challenging fitness operation. This program is a high-volume, moderate-intensity curriculum that targets all areas of movement and energy systems. Its goal is to prepare individuals for the Special Warfare Selection Course by developing physical readiness, water confidence, leadership skills, nutritional foundation, spiritual readiness, and mental fortitude. The program takes a holistic approach to training, enhancing overall performance, and fostering essential skills and characteristics to succeed in the Special Warfare domain.

Permission Note Enrollment limited to: AFROTC cadets.

Satisfies Requirement Satisfies PE requirement if taken as PE.
