Try paddling standing up! We are excited to show you how much fun you can have on stand up paddleboards. Experience Cayuga Lake from a new vantage point. Stay active and engage your whole body. Learn something fun in a small group setting. Our instructors will teach you all the basics including: stance, paddling technique, turning, and more.

When Offered Fall, Spring.

Fees Course fee: $245 for travel and instruction.
Prerequisites/Corequisites Prerequisite: Swimming ability.

    Drop Deadline: Monday, January 23rd; Course Fee: $245. Perquisites: Recreational swimmer. The first class meeting will be held on campus in front of Bartels Hall. Other classes will first meet at Bartels Hall and then travel to Cayuga Lake. Transportation is provided to classes off campus.
