Customer Analytics and Strategy

The course is aimed at students who are interested in pursuing activities in customer strategy and analytics built around the notion of customer centricity. The primary objective of this course is to provide students how customer management can help accomplish strategic initiatives, improve firm profitability and build lasting competitive advantage. Students will be exposed to the practical side of customer management through case studies and hands-on exercises. This course is particularly relevant for students interested in careers in consulting, product, service and brand management, and retailing as well as for entrepreneurs.

Prerequisites/Corequisites Prerequisite: NCC 5010, NCC 5030, or equivalent.

    Enrollment limited to: Johnson MBA, Graduate students and Undergraduate Seniors. Add/Drop Dates: January 17th at 9:00am to January 30th at 11:59pm. You may onlyadd or drop a first-half class after January 30th with permission of the faculty AND a late fee of $100.00 will be charged for each add or drop transaction. If you are dropping after February 20th at 11:59pm you will also receive a "W" on your transcript in addition to the late fees. Non-Johnson students may add themselves to the waitlists during their enrollment periods, however Johnson Students have priority into the classes and non-Johnsons will be enrolled: 1) IF seats are still available after Johnson students complete their enrollment period and 2) IF the instructor allows. This course is a Management Science Elective.
