Course information provided by the Courses of Study 2022-2023.

Using modern, economics-based theories of markets and firms as a foundation, we will study a multitude of real-world strategic situations. The purpose of this course is threefold: First, you will learn a variety of tools and frameworks. Second, you will have the opportunity to analyze and discuss business strategies of companies in a wide variety of industries. Third, we will together hone our ability to think on our feet about complex situations. This will provide us with confidence in our day-to-day decision making with limited information and time. We will achieve our goals through a combination of reading, lecture, and most importantly in-class discussion.
