HADM 4375

The course will introduce students to fermented grain beverages and ciders from around the world. The class will explore basic production methods of the products. Demonstration of the proper way to examine the different products will be done through lecture and tastings.

Permission Note Enrollment limited to: Nolan juniors and seniors.

Satisfies Requirement Satisifies HADM or free electives for Nolan students.

Comments Graduate students must enroll in HADM 6375. Students are to provide glassware that is approved by the instructor. Only glass kits from HADM 4300 or VIEN 1104 will be excepted. Kits can be purchased at the Campus bookstore.
