Mergers and Acquisitions - Accounting, Modeling and Evaluations of Deals

This course provides an overview of how to do the accounting and reporting for M&A deals.  In addition, students are taught how to model, evaluate and perform critical analysis of M&A deals.

    Enrollment limited to: Johnson Students Only Pre-req: NCC 5000 **Attendance at ALL sessions is REQUIRED** This class is held in person and you are required to attend all class sessions. The DEADLINE to drop this class is Wednesday, March 8th at 4:00pm. Please reply to this email if you would like to drop NBA 5940 by the deadline Failure to attend all class lectures or notify our office that you would like to drop by the March 8th deadline, will result in a “W” on your transcript. There will be no enrollment from a wait list into a class if you have a time conflict or if it will create an overload. Students dropping this course after the deadline will be assessed a fee of $100. This course is a Management Science Elective.
