This capstone course will only be open to students who have completed 75% of the required elements of the Dyson School's Leadership Development Program. The course will provide a structured environment for students to apply lessons they have learned through Program offerings with leadership experiences they have gained over the past two years (e.g., in a student organization).

When Offered Fall, Spring.

Permission Note Enrollment limited to: students who have completed 3/4 of the LDP requirements and are in their final semester.
Forbidden Overlaps Forbidden Overlap: due to an overlap in content, students will not receive credit for both AEM 4700 and LEAD 4970.

Outcomes
  • Review and apply lessons learned from research articles and course materials that students have engaged as part of the Leadership Development Program.
  • Produce a term paper that qualitatively integrates their own experiences in relation to published academic research concerning leadership.
