Homework involves students in actively investigating mathematical ideas. Topics vary depending on the instructor. Some assessment through writing assignments.

    Arts & Sciences students may pre-enroll in MATH 1300 directly in Student Center up to a limit of 24 students. After that, enrollment in the course is by department consent, and students who wish to enroll must add themselves to the MATH 1300 waiting list (not in Student Center).
