The Practice of Labor Arbitration

This course is designed to be an advanced seminar for law, business, graduate, and undergraduate students who have a serious interest in the practice and profession of mediation. Classroom discussions, group exercise and readings will focus on the role of the mediator in the public and private sectors in labor, employment, and commercial disputes.
