More than ever before, employee benefits are at the center of the conversation as organizations look for ways to strengthen their Employee Value Proposition and create a "Great Place to Work". The purpose of this course is to provide a strategic overview of the role of employee benefits and how organizations leverage what is one of the largest and most variable P&L costs in both a pre/post COVID environment. Gaining access to, attracting, and keeping the highest caliber talent is the ultimate goal.
When Offered Spring (weeks 7-14).
Permission Note Enrollment preference given to: masters students; seniors may enroll on a space available basis.
Prerequisites/Corequisites Prerequisite: ILRHR 5600 or equivalent.
