Course Description

Laboratory animals have their own parasites and are used as hosts of parasites of other animals that are adapted for biological study. They are critical as models for human and animal disease and are often used for drug discovery or initial testing.

Instruction Mode: Hybrid - Online & In Person
Enrollment limited to: MPS-Veterinary Parasitology students. Attendance on Saturday, March 7 from 7:30am - 3:30pm is required for all students. A schedule of the day’s learning activities (i.e. lectures, guest speakers, group work) will be provided upon arrival
