Great for students with a year (or more) yoga experience, to more advanced practitioners. This course teaches Power Vinyasa Yoga, exploring yoga asana as fluid movement linked with the breath. We will practice strength building techniques with challenging asanas built in to the flow (think crow pose transitions, for example) that will build on previous week's classes and will finish each class with breath work and meditation. Students will work to create their own sequence over the semester to practice at home. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a hand towel and water; be prepared to sweat.
