The course is aimed at students who are interested in pursuing activities in marketing strategy and analytics. The primary objective of this course is to provide students how marketing research can help drive strategic business and marketing decisions. Students will be exposed to the practical side of marketing research (e.g., research design, qualitative research, survey research, marketing analytics) through case studies, hands-on exercises, and projects. This course is particularly relevant for students interested in careers in consulting, product, service and brand management, and retailing as well as for entrepreneurs.

Prerequisites/Corequisites Prerequisite: NCC 5010, NCC 5030, or equivalent.

    Open to GM, Grad Students, UG Seniors/Juniors. Add/Drop Dates: Johnson Students – January 14th at 8:00am to February 4th at 4:00pm. You may add or drop a full semester class after February 4th with permission of the faculty. A late fee of $100.00 will be charged for each add or drop transaction. If you are dropping after March 17th you will also receive a "W" on your transcript in addition to the late fees. Non-Johnson students may add themselves to the waitlists during their enrollment periods, however Johnson Students have priority into the classes and non-Johnsons will be enrolled: 1) IF seats are still available after Johnson students complete their enrollment period and 2) IF the instructor allows.
