This course will teach veterinary medical students the basic elements of establishing and managing a practice. Topics will include market analysis, services, capital, resources, fee structures, profit and loss proforma, personnel, customer feedback, and practice performance. The course will provide lectures paired with a series of guided exercises that facilitate the application of foundational concepts to simulated veterinary practices.
