This course combines walking and meditation, two life-enhancing activities that can help students create balance in their hectic lives. Walking is the optimum execise for good health and meditation offers the opportunity to calm an active and busy mind. Drawing on the teachings from the Vietnamese Zen Buddist monk, Thich Nhat Hanh, will involve meditating in motion.
