Foodservice Facilities Design Studio

Course information provided by the Courses of Study 2017-2018.

Students will learn to use AutoCAD and other specialty software to create floorplans and other design documentation for a restaurant design of their choosing.  

When Offered Spring.

Prerequisites/Corequisites Prerequisite: HADM 4530 or have substantial commercial food production experience or permission of instructor.

Satisfies Requirement Elective.
