Brings together research methods pertinent to open economy macroeconomics and international trade policies to give students a basic understanding of how different aspects of contemporary debates are analyzed in practice.

Prerequisites/Corequisites Prerequisite: ECON 3030/ECON 3040 or permission of instructor.
- Ability to understand contemporary theories of international trade and international trade policies.
- Ability to conduct independent empirical research on international trade and international trade policies.
