This class offers an exciting new Group Fitness experience. Each class will combine simple International dance rhythms with a fitness component of strength and core work. Students will work thru basic progressions of many globally influenced dance styles to build their skills in this very fun new fusion of dance. This class will start with the basics and gradually build the skill levels as the semester progresses.
When Offered Fall, spring.

Comments Enrollment in this class includes membership privileges in the Cornell Fitness Centers for the semester.
