This course covers various aspects of business strategy- understanding your industry landscape, how you fit in it and how you can change it to your advantage. The purpose of the course is three-fold. First, you will learn a variety of tools and frameworks. Second, you will have many opportunities to discuss business strategies of companies today. Third, we will hone your ability to think on your feet about complex situations and with limited information. Introductory Microeconomics is a pre-requisite.

A late fee of $100.00 will be charged for each add or drop transaction. If you are dropping after March 23rd you will also receive a "W" on your transcript in addition to the late fees.
