Deals with the ways in which different investors assure themselves of getting a return on their investments. How do investors get managers to return some of the profits to them? How do they make sure that managers do not invest their money in bad projects? These questions are extremely relevant for almost any organization, from startups to Forbes 500 companies. This course explores these issues through a series of case studies and examples. Topics depend on time availability.
