A complement to the first-year civil procedure course.  Topics touched on in the first year are studied in greater depth; including pleadings, pretrial conferences, and summary judgment; trial procedure, with emphasis on judge-jury problems; and, if time permits, appeals.  The context of study is the federal procedural system.
