Machine Learning for Data Science

An introduction to machine learning, focusing on machine-learning models/methods, algorithm design, and theory for data sciences. This course can be taken independently or in any order with CS 4780/CS 5780.

Prerequisites/Corequisites Prerequisites: basic probability theory at the level of BTRY 3080 or ECON 3130 or MATH 4710.
