Studio Recording, Mixing and Mastering for Music Production

Course information provided by the 2026-2027 Catalog.

Techniques for mic’ing and recording instruments, mixing and processing of tracked audio, and preparing projects for publishing fixed media and streaming services. We will address techniques for proper dynamic range, level setting, Eq, processing, effects and soundstage creation. Use of software instruments and midi recording and processing will also be covered.
