Recreational Canoeing

This course is designed to teach you the fundamentals of canoeing in a relaxed environment. Appreciate being outside for class as you explore Beebe Lake and other Finger Lakes area waterways. Meet new friends, learn new skills, and experience nature all while you keep active.


Prerequisites recreational swimmer.

Fees Course fee, $260. for instruction, travel, and equipment.

    Course fee: $260. All paddling equipment included in course fee. Classes will take place either on Beebee Lake, on campus, or on other Finger Lakes area waterways. Transportation will be provided.
    Drop Deadline: Monday, August 24, 2026. Students will be responsible for the course fee and assessed a $50 late drop fee if they do not drop by the deadline. Attendance is required.
