Course Description
Course information provided by the 2026-2027 Catalog.
This course is designed to help students build and test their strength, endurance, running ability and overall fitness—no matter their starting level. HYROX challenges participants across multiple domains of physical performance, making it an accessible yet demanding sport for both casual exercisers and elite athletes. By enrolling in this course, students will move beyond the average high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class and experience a more structured, performance-driven approach to fitness. You’ll train with purpose, track measurable progress, and develop well-rounded athletic capacity. In addition to physical development, the course fosters a strong team atmosphere that encourages accountability, camaraderie, and hard work. Together, you’ll push past limits and support one another in reaching new goals. By the end of the course, you’ll be prepared to compete in a HYROX race—held in major cities around the world.
