One skill separates people who get things done from those who don’t: solving the right problem in a way that drives real action. This case-based course teaches you to do this from a senior executive’s perspective, where the bar is not a clever analysis but a decision that a CXO will take and an organization will execute. You will learn the three things that matter the most: 1) how to frame the problem the way a senior leader would (which is where most strategy work actually fails; 2) how to structure your analysis to produce real C-suite insight rather than a data dump; and, 3) how to communicate your recommendation so people across the organization actually do something about it. Three student volunteers will go through a live mock case interview with the instructor, offering direct preparation for recruiting in tech and strategy consulting.
