In this course, students will continue to provide information, legal advice, and representation to tenants. Students will work on cases for tenants facing a wide variety of housing issues (including but not limited to habitability issues, payment disputes, lease violations, unlawful lockouts, and small claims actions) or seeking eviction defense and homelessness prevention. (LAW-EXP)
