This course will cover the day-to-day function of individuals working in a capital markets transactional environment. Topics will include basic corporate finance principles, and how to learn and stay on top of capital market current issues and trends, non-GAAP measures, important investor disclosures in both the private and public company context, and working with key stakeholders to drive deal outcomes. These topics cover many substantive areas as well as ethical, business, policy and reputational concerns. This course will address the skills necessary to navigate these issues. (LAW-ABA, LAW-EXP)
