This 7-week class will be an interactive discussion of current issues in global food and fiber systems policy. Students will research key elements of an issue and lead an analysis of impacts and possible solutions. Topics may include urban sprawl; environmental stewardship; energy sources and land protection. Course will focus three weeks on international topics and three weeks on national topics.
