Course Description

How does interaction change the artwork and the experiencer? In the course models of interactivity specific to sound, performance, and media art will be explored. Historical to contemporary ways that artists have used the notion of interactivity will be examined alongside emergent practices shaped by fields outside of art. (ART-STU)
Prerequisites ART 2701 or permission of instructor.
