This course is designed to improve your climbing through climbing specific training and cross-training conditioning. You will learn how to build and implement a climbing training routine, safely and effectively use a campus board and hang board, and participate in balanced muscle development to help prevent injury and keep climbing for a lifetime!

When Offered Fall, Spring.

Fees Course fee: $325 for instruction.

Comments Prerequisite: at least one year of rock climbing regularly and Top Rope Belay Certification at Lindseth Climbing Center. This class does not cover the skills necessary for lead climbing, please refer to PE 1647 Sport Lead Climbing.     Course Fee: $325. Fee includes climbing pass and free gear rentals for the semester. Prerequisite: At least 1 year of rock climbing regularly and Top Rope Belay certification at the Lindseth Climbing Center. Projecting 5.10b/c or projecting Green Tape boulders (V4-V5).
    Drop Deadline: Monday, August 26, 2024. Students will be responsible for the course fee and assessed a $50 late drop fee if they do not drop by the deadline.
