This course is builds on the physical practice of yoga postures (asana), and incorporates more meditation, breathwork, and philosophy. Vinyasa yoga generally is a steady flow from posture to posture in a way that builds strength and awareness. This intermediate class offering will dive into more advanced physical postures (arm balances, etc.) in addition to more breathing exercises and meditation practices. These will offer tools for supporting the body physically and biologically as well as provide symbolism and metaphor for navigating the emotions of various life circumstances. Show up ready to move, breathe, challenge yourself, and grow!
