Course Description
Course information provided by the Courses of Study 2023-2024. Courses of Study 2024-2025 is scheduled to publish mid-June.
Formulation of linear programming problems and solutions by the simplex method. Related topics such as sensitivity analysis, duality, and network programming. Applications include such models as resource allocation and production planning. Introduction to interior-point methods for linear programming.
When Offered Fall, Summer.
Prerequisites/Corequisites Prerequisite: MATH 2210 or MATH 2940.
Regular Academic Session. Choose one lecture and one laboratory. Combined with: ORIE 5300
