Course Description

Building on the knowledge of normal anatomy and histology presented in VTMED 5100, this course emphasizes recognition of alterations on tissue architecture at the gross and microscopic level as well as clinical laboratory data. Students will learn to use appropriate terminology to describe and interpret lesions as well as trace the sub cellular alterations that lead to these alteration.
