Self-paced Six Sigma Green Belt training introduces the fundamental concepts of the Six Sigma DMAIC roadmap for improving existing processes. Video modules include screenshots with detailed illustrations of each concept being applied in a practical project approach. These concepts are further reinforced with quizzes at the end of each module and comprehensive exams. Minitab full-feature statistical software applications are available to student within Green Belt training courses.
